We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to manage and strengthen the financial operations of a growing organization. The role requires hands-on ownership of accounting, financial controls, reporting, and coordination with management and external stakeholders to build a robust finance function from the ground up.
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and finalization of accounts
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to support business growth
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls and compliance processes
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities for audits and filings
- Oversee statutory compliances including GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable regulations
- Monitor working capital, vendor payments, receivables, and cash management
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management decision-making
- Support management in financial planning, cost control, and profitability analysis
- Assist in fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting, if applicable
- Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting structures
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of financial data and records
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting
- Experience in startups/NBFCs, or fast-growing organizations preferred
- Good knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliances
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and financial accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
