Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Tech Lead with strong expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in software license management, compliance, entitlement management, SaaS asset management, and ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation and enhancement projects.
- Manage software asset lifecycle, license compliance, and reconciliation.
- Design and optimize SAM processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
- Support ServiceNow integrations, reporting, and automation.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
- Ensure adherence to ITAM and ServiceNow best practices.
