Roles and Responsibilities
To outsmart competition through Market penetration.
- Standardization of franchisee model starting with layout of infra, services, branding, marketing POP’s & launch methods
- To develop a module to screen the new franchisee profile & brand proposals
- Relationship building with key clients and doctors. Generating sales and provides new leads.
- Providing timely MIS and data to management thus facilitating sales analysis.
- Detailing doctors on our USP.
- To provide support to the existing branches like: admission support, marketing support etc.
- To coordinate with the corporate office and look after the branch's needs.
- To engage franchisee partners to make them target oriented. Design regular communication methods with sales & franchisee
Required Candidate Profile
Experience - 1-5 Years in Sales.
1-2+ years of diagnostics services/equipment or consumables sales experience including strong "closing" skills.
Qualification - MBA, B. Pharm/M. Pharm, Graduate/Post Graduates in
Life Sciences (Preferably Science Graduates)
