Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and target new prospective clients in the Bengaluru market.
- Generate and nurture a high‐quality sales pipeline.
- Develop creative pitch strategies to win new deals.
- Meet or exceed individual revenue targets each quarter.
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow‐up on payments.
- Maintain healthy receivables and escalations as needed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Clearly understand and manage the scope of work.
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and progress reports.
- Ensure execution of activities aligns with internal processes.
- Maintain CRM records and update status reports.
- Prepare performance dashboards and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Document all client discussions, proposals, and agreements.
- Partner with Delivery, Strategy, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Be flexible to adapt to changing client priorities and tight deadlines.
- Actively contribute to team strategy and problem solving.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, ideally within media, PR, or related industries.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills in English (and Local Language is a plus).
- Strong local networks in Bengaluru across media, corporate, or agency sectors.
- Confident delivering pitches and proposals to senior stakeholders.
- Go‐getter attitude with a passion for hunting new business.
- High accuracy and follow‐up orientation in all deliverables.
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities and multiple client profiles.
