Narayana One Health is building patient-centric care pathways by establishing dedicated Hospital Desks in clinics to seamlessly connect prescribed hospital procedures (such as CT, MRI, Angiography, and surgery) with timely hospital consultations and diagnostics.
The PSO will serve as the central coordinator, ensuring that every patient prescribed a hospital-level intervention receives prompt consultation booking (physical or video), on-site billing for prerequisite diagnostics, and end-to-end handholding until service delivery is complete. This role is pivotal in driving conversion, enhancing patient experience, and ensuring continuity of care across the NH network.
Key Responsibilities
- Track all patients prescribed hospital procedures (CT, MRI, Angiography, Surgery, etc.) by clinic doctors.
- Book consultations with hospital specialists (physical or video) based on urgency and patient preference.
- Bill pre-requisite diagnostic services directly at the clinic for seamless patient flow. · Coordinate with hospital SPOC for admission, diagnostics, and procedure scheduling.
- Update all case details, status, and outcomes in the YASA sheet in real-time. · Keep a record of patients who do not book or avail services; identify drop-off reasons and pass the data for marketing campaigns.
- Maintain daily records on referral-to-conversion, pending cases, and patient feedback, if any.
- Collaborate with clinic teams, hospital teams, and billing to ensure minimal delays in care progression.
What is the profile of the person who will be successful in this role?
The ideal candidate should have
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Languages known: English and Tamil (Mandatory)
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel and real-time data entry.
- Structured approach to case tracking, prioritization, and escalation.
- Educational qualification: Any Graduate (Healthcare/Hospitality background preferred).
- Experience: 01–03 years in patient coordination, OPD management, or hospital front desk.
- Prior experience in healthcare coordination or insurance TPA desks will be an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced clinic environment.
