Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete logistics, dispatch, and international shipping operations.
- Manage domestic and international courier/freight partners including DHL, UPS, FedEx, freight forwarders, CHA, and local transporters
- Liasion for customs clearance with CHA and freight forwarders.
- Handle export/import shipments, customs coordination, courier documentation, air freight, sea freight, and LTL/freight shipments.
- Negotiate courier/freight rates and work on reducing logistics cost.
- Monitor shipping cost by product, country, courier, warehouse, and zone.
- Review courier bills, dimensional weight charges, fuel surcharge, remote area charges, address correction charges, and billing disputes.
- Liasion with courier partners for delivery delays, damaged shipments, lost shipments, customs holds, and customer escalations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Ensure all logistics records are accurate in SAP.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
