About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Web Development Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate qualified leads, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in website management, SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, content marketing, and website optimisation.
This role combines digital marketing expertise with website administration and development, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy both creative marketing and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Management
- Manage, update, and maintain company websites and landing pages using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Ensure website responsiveness, performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimise website speed, user experience (UX), and conversion performance.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices and website content updates.
- Monitor website analytics, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate enhancements.
- Manage hosting, domains, SSL certificates, website backups, and security updates.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and lead generation.
- Manage SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to improve search rankings.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing tools.
- Generate performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
Social Media & Brand Management
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Design and publish engaging social media posts, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Monitor social media engagement and community interactions.
- Execute branding campaigns and online reputation management initiatives.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
Email Marketing
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Support marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Website Management, or a related role.
- Experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or B2B services industry is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website maintenance.
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media marketing.
- Understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and website performance optimisation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing platforms.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and conversion optimization.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation tools.
- Experience in B2B lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
