Job Role:
The Product Specialist will be responsible for driving clinical adoption and effective utilization of the company’s medical device solutions. This role combines field execution, clinical support, research collaboration, and customer engagement. The candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful product deployment, data collection, and continuous product improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to doctors, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals to introduce and pitch the product, generate interest, and schedule demos.
- Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and structured training sessions for physiotherapists and healthcare professionals, ensuring correct clinical usage and adherence to protocols.
- Perform patient assessments using the device and interpret generated clinical reports, contributing to clinical data collection and validation.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers to execute clinical pilots and support product deployment, ensuring compliance with clinical research standards.
- Provide evidence-based clinical insights and recommendations derived from product data, supporting clinical decision-making and outcome analysis.
- Collaborate with Clinical Research and Data Management teams to ensure accurate documentation, data integrity, and maintenance of patient records in line with regulatory requirements.
- Support pharmacovigilance activities by identifying, documenting, and reporting any adverse events, or safety concerns during product usage.
- Work closely with Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure product usage aligns with applicable medical device regulations, guidelines, and compliance frameworks.
- Assist in the preparation of clinical and technical documentation, including case studies, usage reports, and inputs for regulatory submissions.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to support product promotion, clinical validation discussions, and lead generation through evidence-backed communication.
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals by providing ongoing post-sales support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a feedback bridge between field and internal teams (R&D, Product, Clinical) by sharing insights for continuous product improvement and innovation.
- Participate in CMEs, workshops, and medical conferences to present clinical value propositions, generate awareness, and support scientific engagement.
