We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can generate quality leads, enhance brand visibility, and drive student enrollments through innovative digital campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize lead generation.
Lead Generation & Admissions Marketing
- Develop digital strategies to generate student inquiries and admissions.
- Create and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and conversion funnels.
- Track lead quality and coordinate with the admissions team.
Social Media Management
- Manage EduQuest's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor engagement and community interactions.
Content Marketing
- Coordinate blogs, student success stories, videos, webinars, and email campaigns.
- Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging creatives.
- Create promotional campaigns for courses, workshops, and events.
SEO & Website Management
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Identify trends and recommend optimization strategies. Digital marketing specialists are expected to use analytics to refine campaigns and improve performance.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint are preferred.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Study Abroad, Test Prep, or Admissions Marketing is highly desirable.

- Qualified leads generated per month.
- Cost per lead (CPL).
- Enrollment conversion rate.
- Website traffic growth.
- Social media engagement and follower growth.
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
