Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within a hotel, restaurant, resort, club, or hospitality establishment. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, maintains high service standards, manages staff, controls costs, and maximizes revenue while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily food and beverage operations.
Ensure high-quality food, beverage, and service standards are maintained.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve guest complaints promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and purchasing departments.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with supervisory or management experience preferred.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality standards.
Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office.
