Key Responsibilities

As an HR Fresher, you’ll get exposure to different areas of HR, including:

Assisting with end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews

Supporting onboarding and orientation of new team members

Maintaining and updating HR records & databases
-
Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and events

Supporting the performance appraisal cycle and feedback processes

Helping with training & development programs logistics

Ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices

Coordinating with employees to resolve day-to-day HR queries
Who Can Apply?

MBA (HR) Freshers – Class of 2025 or equivalent qualification

Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR within the social sector

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
