Job Role
As a Field Executive, you will visit customers at their doorstep to inspect and purchase pre-owned mobile phones booked through our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer locations as per assigned leads.
- Inspect mobile phones and verify their physical condition.
- Check IMEI, functionality, and basic device details.
- Negotiate within company guidelines, if required.
- Complete the purchase process and collect the device.
- Update pickup status through the company application.
- Ensure safe handling of purchased devices.
- Achieve daily pickup targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Eligibility
- 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
