Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects – Malad is hiring an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to lead and manage our Malad centre operations. This is a full-time, in-office role and we are looking for candidates residing within 30 minutes of Malad, Mumbai.
About the Role:
As Centre Manager, you will be the face of Frameboxx Malad, responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre, student satisfaction, business growth, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete operations of the Frameboxx Malad centre on a daily basis
- Drive student enrollments by coordinating with the admissions and counselling team
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the centre staff including faculty, counsellors, and admin team
- Ensure high standards of student experience, course delivery, and centre ambiance
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and corporate clients
- Monitor centre performance against targets (enrollments, revenue, collections)
- Handle escalations, grievances, and feedback from students and parents promptly
- Coordinate with the head office for reporting, compliance, and marketing support
- Organize and oversee events, workshops, and seminars at the centre
- Maintain all administrative records, MIS reports, and documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in centre management, education administration, or operations management
- Prior experience in the education or creative arts industry is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented with proven ability to achieve enrollment and revenue targets
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools
- Must reside within 30 minutes of Malad, Mumbai (mandatory requirement)
