Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and vendor/customer balances.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory reports.
- Maintain inventory accounting and costing records in coordination with the stores and production departments.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Verify purchase bills, expense vouchers, and payment approvals.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives.
- Assist in ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure compliance with internal controls. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or CA Inter preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory; footwear or FMCG industry experience will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or similar is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
