Job Description:

Review the medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes.

Abide by the standards of Ethical coding as set by AAPC and adhere to official coding guidelines.

Responsible for production and delivery of quality services within the agreed turnaround time. Maintain coding accuracy of 98% or higher.

Maintaining PHI confidentiality and information security

Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project and code the charts accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate from B. Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy / life science background
- Certification Mandatory
- Good command and effective knowledge about Human anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terminology, and all systems of Human body.
- Hands on experience on Radiology coding (CPT) guidelines and modifiers (Diagnostic radiology)
- Minimum experience on non-invasive and invasive procedures in IVR (Ex- Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, catheterization and angiograms)
