Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Conduct customer visits, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Promote new products, schemes, and offers to customers.
Ensure timely collection of required documents and completion of processes.
Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
Coordinate with branch and operations teams to provide excellent customer service.
Generate referrals and new business opportunities from existing customers.
Required Skills:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM systems).
Sales and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
