Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and purchase decisions.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
