What You'll Actually Do
01 Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and reach contractors, developers, PMCs, and consultancies. Build a clean, qualified pipeline of decision-makers across commercial and coordination-heavy projects. Cold and warm outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone.
02 LinkedIn & Brand Engagement Run BIM Arcavion's LinkedIn outreach. Personalised connection notes, follow-ups, and visibility content. Maintain a professional, industry-aligned tone in every touchpoint.
03 Discovery Call Scheduling
Book and coordinate first conversations with prospective clients. Run early qualification to assess project fit, scope, and urgency before passing to senior team.
04 Pipeline Hygiene
Own the CRM. Every lead, conversation, follow-up, and stage change recorded cleanly. Weekly pipeline review shared with the founding team no surprises, no gaps.
05 Closure Support
Sit alongside senior team in proposal coordination, client communication, and deal closure. Learn enterprise B2B selling on live deals not from a textbook.
06 Market Intelligence
Track BIM and AEC industry trends. Surface new target segments, geographies, and decision-maker profiles. Feed insights into our outreach strategy weekly.
Who We're Looking For
> 1–2 years of B2B sales, business development, or inside sales experience preferred. Freshers with exceptional English communication and target-driven instinct welcome.
> Sharp written and spoken English. Confident on the phone, sharp over email, professional on LinkedIn.
> Target-driven instinct comfortable being measured against quarterly outreach and closure numbers.
> Organised and detail-obsessed. Clean CRM, clean follow-ups, nothing slips through.
> Curious about construction, architecture, or engineering. BIM knowledge is a bonus, not a prerequisite.
> Available to work onsite from our Ahmedabad office, full-time. Immediate joiners preferred.
> Comfortable with structured weekly reporting and direct, honest feedback from the founding team.
