- Analyze existing retail and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for stores and support departments.
- Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and root-cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with store teams to optimize sales, inventory, billing, delivery, and customer service processes.
- Monitor adherence to operational standards and compliance requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks affecting store performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, manuals, and process flowcharts.
- Ensure process compliance across all retail locations.
- Support internal audits and process reviews.
