Warranty Operations
- Process and submit warranty claims to Audi India within prescribed timelines.
- Ensure all warranty claims are supported with accurate documentation, technician reports, and repair orders.
- Monitor claim approvals, rejections, and pending cases and take corrective actions as required.
- Coordinate with Audi India regarding warranty approvals, technical clarifications, and claim settlements.
- Ensure compliance with Audi India warranty policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
Claim Administration & Compliance
- Verify warranty eligibility and claim validity before submission.
- Maintain warranty records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Conduct regular internal audits of warranty claims and repair orders.
- Ensure proper storage, tracking, and disposal of warranty parts as per OEM guidelines.
- Minimize warranty claim rejections and chargebacks through process adherence.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with Service Advisors, Workshop Controllers, Technicians, and Parts Department to ensure smooth warranty processing.
- Prepare and submit periodic warranty MIS reports to management.
- Analyze warranty trends, recurring failures, and claim patterns and share findings with the service team.
- Track warranty recovery and outstanding claim status.
Customer Satisfaction
- Support service teams in resolving customer warranty-related concerns.
- Ensure prompt handling of goodwill requests and special warranty cases.
- Maintain transparency and professionalism in all customer interactions related to warranty matters.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Warranty claim submission TAT.
- Warranty claim approval percentage.
- Reduction in claim rejections and chargebacks.
- Warranty recovery achievement.
- Audit compliance score.
- Customer satisfaction related to warranty handling.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
- Certification/training in warranty management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive warranty administration.
- Experience with luxury automotive brands will be preferred.
- Knowledge of OEM warranty systems and dealership operations.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of automotive warranty processes.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership management systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and compliance-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
