Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in a hybrid role based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including 3+ years in a Technical Lead or leadership role.
In this role, you will lead Salesforce development projects, design scalable solutions, mentor development teams, and collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations. You should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Integrations, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
