Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a home appliance manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of experience in the consumer durables or manufacturing industry, preferably with exposure to products such as Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Heat Pumps, Water Heaters, BLDC Motors, or Electronic Components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
- Develop supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely product delivery.
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics teams to meet business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Ensure timely sourcing of raw materials and components for uninterrupted production.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team.
Requirements:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or MBA/Post Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Logistics.
- Experience: 10–15 years in Supply Chain Management within the Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, Electronics, or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Procurement, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and Vendor Management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
