Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our HUG Team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or technical support, along with a background in Civil Engineering. This role involves assisting customers, resolving technical and service-related queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and support ticketing systems.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions related to civil engineering products, services, or project requirements.
- Understand customer concerns and offer effective solutions while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and sales teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on customer requests to ensure successful closure.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities.
- Assist customers with product usage, documentation, and technical guidance.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services.
- Meet defined customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Success, or Technical Support.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, construction processes, drawings, BOQs, materials, or project workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/support ticketing tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting customers in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or related industries.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, project management software, or construction technology platforms.
- Experience handling technical customer queries and issue resolution.
