We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining products/services, and generating leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain records of calls and customer details.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
