- Prepare and decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Perform various icing techniques including buttercream, whipped cream, ganache, and mirror glaze.
- Create and apply fondant decorations, figures, flowers, and cake coverings.
- Assist in baking sponge cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and other pastry items.
- Maintain consistency in product quality, appearance, and taste.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
- Keep the pastry section clean and organized, following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support senior pastry chefs in daily kitchen operations and special orders.
- Manage production timelines to meet customer and business requirements.
