Do you enjoy talking to people and helping them out? We're a friendly catering & events team looking for a **Tamil-speaking** coordinator to be the warm, helpful voice our customers reach when they call or message us.
No catering experience needed — we'll train you on everything.
What you'll do
- Answer customer calls and WhatsApp messages
- Help customers choose their food and guide them to order on our website
- Prepare simple quotations and invoices
- Follow up on orders and keep customers updated
- Coordinate with our kitchen team
- Book and confirm appointments
- Make sure every customer leaves happy
### What we're looking for
- **Fluent Tamil — speaking and writing** (this is a must)
- Comfortable English
- Friendly and confident on the phone
- Organised and reliable — you follow up without being chased
- A laptop and stable home internet
- Available full-time, 6 days a week, daytime Singapore hours (early morning to evening, India time)
*Bonus if you have it (not required): experience in sales, customer service, or catering · Zoho Books / Tally · a bit of Hindi.*
