We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and networking.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
- Present CREVIA's services professionally and confidently.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the team.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, and branding is an advantage.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
