About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Store Manager to lead store
operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The
ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion retail, and proven
experience in managing store teams and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
∙Oversee end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
∙Maintain store hygiene, VM standards, and brand presentation as per company
guidelines
∙Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and compliance standards
∙Monitor opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and stock management
Sales & Revenue
∙Drive store sales to achieve monthly and annual targets
∙Monitor KPIs such as conversion, ATV, UPT, and footfall conversion
∙Implement local sales initiatives and promotional activities
∙Analyze sales reports and prepare action plans to improve performance
Team Management
∙Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve sales and service goals
∙Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews
∙Manage staff roster, attendance, and productivity
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
