Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated IAM Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user identities, access controls, and security policies across enterprise systems. This role requires a strong understanding of IAM processes, tools, and best practices to ensure secure and efficient access management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications across multiple systems and applications.
- Manage role-based access controls (RBAC), least privilege access, and segregation of duties ( SoD ) to ensure security compliance
- Document IAM processes, workflows, and policies for compliance and operational purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve IAM governance, security controls, and compliance measures.
Skill Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or IT Security.
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk).
- Understanding of user provisioning, authentication, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Other Requirements
Work Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of Technical Helpdesk/Customer Service/Access Management Environment
- 1+ years of experience in IT audit, information security, or risk management, with a focus on infrastructure and/or vendor assessments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
