About the Role We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate with hands-on experience in cold email and outbound lead generation. The ideal candidate should have experience managing cold email campaigns, building targeted lead lists, enriching prospect data, and verifying email addresses to improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage high-quality B2B lead lists based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Conduct prospect research and collect accurate business contact information.
- Use Clay for lead enrichment, data cleaning, and workflow automation.
- Verify email addresses to maintain high deliverability and reduce bounce rates.
- Launch and manage cold email campaigns using Smartlead, Instantly, or similar platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize open rates, reply rates, and deliverability.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and booked meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and campaign reports.
- Stay updated on the latest outbound sales strategies and email best practices.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in cold email/outbound lead generation.
- Experience with Smart lead, Instantly, or similar cold email platforms.
- Strong experience in lead list building, data enrichment, and email verification.
- Hands-on experience with Clay for lead enrichment and automation.
- Understanding of email deliverability, domain reputation, and warm-up processes.
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Store Lead, Smart Scout, or similar prospecting tools.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
- Familiarity with AI tools for outbound automation and workflow optimization.
Pay: ₹25,000.82 - ₹30,000.16 per month
