About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and energetic Office Assistant to join our team in Chennai. This is a unique role that combines administrative support, digital marketing, and co-working space management. You will be the face of our facility and the engine behind our training program's growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Training Lead Generation: Identify, reach out to, and qualify potential leads/schools/colleages for our training programs via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
· Digital Marketing: Manage our social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, FB), create basic graphics on Canva, and monitor online inquiries.
· Co-working Coordination: Manage day-to-day operations of the workspace, including desk allocations, conference room bookings, and member queries.
· Administrative Support: Handle front-desk duties, vendor coordination, and basic billing/invoicing tasks.
· Event Management: Assist in organizing and coordinating workshops, networking events, and training sessions within the space.
Who Can Apply? (Eligibility)
· Freshers and Interns with a strong interest in Marketing and Administration are highly encouraged to apply.
· Strong communication skills in English, Tamil & Hindi.
· Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, LinkedIn).
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
· Must be based in Chennai
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced co-working environment.
