Job Description: A Senior Administrator plays a key role in managing and supporting the administrative functions of an organization.
- Responsibilities: The representative will have to ensure that requests received for Claims/Disbursements/maintenance are processed as per the standard desk top procedures. Any exception on the process should be routed to SMEs.
- Constant monitoring, coaching and development will be given to the executive on products to ensure continuous improvements in quality and consistency with standards of service.
- At all times, executives will be aware of the commitment to service and the application of the Company’s core values and beliefs.
- Operate and maintain customer related information systems to the required standards, to maintain accurate records and access information to enable work to be progressed
Executives must comply with the Data Protection Act and Client Security Policy and Procedures.
Qualifications: Higher Education Diploma with 0 - 2 years of relevant experience
