About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate C++ & Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Trainer to join our academic team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training and helping students build strong programming, problem-solving, and algorithmic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and structured training sessions on C++ programming and DSA.

Teach C++ fundamentals including OOP concepts, STL, pointers, memory management, and advanced programming concepts.

Train students on Data Structures and Algorithms, including:

Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists

Stacks and Queues

Trees and Graphs

Hashing

Recursion and Backtracking

Sorting and Searching

Greedy Algorithms

Dynamic Programming

Time and Space Complexity

Provide hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and real-world problem-solving tasks.

Prepare students for coding interviews, competitive programming, and technical assessments.

Conduct coding tests, assessments, mock interviews, and doubt-solving sessions.

Explain complex programming concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Stay updated with current industry trends, coding practices, and interview patterns.

Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve students' technical and employability skills.
Requirements
Required Skills

Strong proficiency in C++ and DSA.

Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and STL.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of competitive programming and coding interview preparation.

Ability to teach students with different levels of programming knowledge.

Experience

2+ years of experience in C++/DSA development, training, or mentoring.

Teaching/training experience in an educational institute, coding academy, or corporate environment will be an advantage.

Candidates with strong competitive programming or software development backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
