Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Placement Officer – International Placements to facilitate overseas employment opportunities for students enrolled in Hotel Management, Aviation, Hospitality, Cruise Ship, and related programs. The candidate will be responsible for employer networking, student placement activities, interview coordination, career guidance, and achieving placement targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Placement & Career Support
- Facilitate domestic and international placement opportunities for students.
- Guide students regarding career options, job requirements, and industry expectations.
- Conduct career counseling sessions and placement orientation programs.
- Support students in resume preparation, interview preparation, and professional grooming.
- Monitor student placement progress and maintain placement records.
Employer Relations & Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with international employers, recruitment agencies, hotels, restaurants, airlines, cruise lines, and hospitality organizations.
- Identify new overseas placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate with employers regarding manpower requirements and recruitment drives.
- Build strategic partnerships with organizations for internships and permanent placements.
Recruitment & Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and recruitment events.
- Organize campus recruitment drives and virtual hiring sessions.
- Screen student profiles based on employer requirements.
- Ensure timely communication between students and recruiters.
Documentation & Compliance
- Assist students with employment-related documentation.
- Coordinate with recruitment partners regarding offer letters, contracts, and joining formalities.
- Maintain placement databases and student employment records.
- Ensure compliance with institutional placement procedures and international recruitment guidelines.
Industry Networking
- Participate in job fairs, placement events, and industry networking programs.
- Develop strong industry connections within the Hospitality, Aviation, Hotel Management, Cruise Ship, and Food & Beverage sectors.
- Track market trends and emerging international employment opportunities.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Maintain monthly placement reports and placement statistics.
- Monitor placement targets and student employment outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding placement activities and employer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR or Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, talent acquisition, or student placement activities.
- Experience in overseas recruitment, hospitality, aviation, cruise ship, or hotel industry placements is preferred.
