- Support daily operations and coordinate with design, production, purchase, and dispatch teams.
- Prepare customer quotations and maintain inquiry/order records.
- Assist in costing and vendor quotation comparison.
- Follow up with vendors and internal departments for timely execution.
- Maintain documentation, MIS reports, and ERP/Excel data.
- Coordinate with customers for basic information, documents, and follow-ups.
- Assist in documentation, record keeping, and compliance paperwork.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support as required by management.
- Update ERP or internal records related to orders, materials, and dispatch
