Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier, parcels, and mail.
- Manage visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
- Support HR and Administration with routine administrative tasks.
- Maintain office attendance registers and coordinate with employees when required.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in travel bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain employee directories and contact information.
- Handle basic data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
