Job Title: Security Supervisor / Field Officer
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising security guards at assigned sites, ensuring smooth security operations, maintaining discipline, coordinating with clients, conducting site inspections, and submitting operational reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise security guards and monitor attendance.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Ensure proper deployment, grooming, and discipline of guards.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and incident reports.
- Arrange replacement manpower when required.
- Conduct on-site training and ensure SOP compliance.
- Handle emergencies and escalate critical issues.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in security operations or field supervision is mandatory
- Ex-servicemen or retired police personnel preferred.
