Job Summary
To take care of company's legal compliances required under companies Act, LODR, FEMA and timely compliance of all secretarial and regulatory requirements of the foreign subsidiaries.
Experience of preparation of Agendas, Minutes, Register & records & other connected documents related Board Meetings, EGM & AGM.
Should be abreast with latest changes in the companies act, SEBI Act, Rules & regulations made there under & secretarial standards.
Co-ordinates with Secretarial Auditors, Statutory Auditors and various authorities.
Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task and juggle with multiple activities simultaneously.
High on Professional Integrity, Strong value system.
Good communicator, highly energetic with ability to competently undertake the duties and responsibilities required to achieve the set objectives under the given timelines
