Sales Team Leader
Location: Indore
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate our sales team while driving business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing and mentoring team members, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and the sales team, contributing directly to revenue growth and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
-Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans where necessary.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales team members. Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and social selling.
- Support the team in converting high-value leads into long-term business relationships. Pipeline & Sales Management
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure the team maintains a healthy sales pipeline and consistent flow of opportunities.
- Review and track sales activities, conversions, and target achievements. Client Relationship Management
- Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and presentations to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Lead negotiations for major accounts and support team members in handling objections and closing deals effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
- Share market feedback and customer insights with internal stakeholders. Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Experience - 2–3 years of experience in Feild Sales, Business Development
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team will be preferred.
Working Hours - 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Benefits - Petrol Allowance
