Job Position: Perfume Consultant / Sales Executive (Full-Time & Part-Time)
About Us:
We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Perfume Consultants to join our fragrance store at Pallikkal Bazar. If you have a passion for unique scents, Oudh, and luxury blends, and love interacting with people, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Welcome customers warmly, understand their fragrance preferences, and help them choose the right perfumes.
- Product Knowledge: Explain the notes, ingredients, and stories behind different perfumes, Oudh, and custom blends (such as our signature L'AME PERFUME collection).
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized display of products, manage stock levels, and handle daily billing and counter sales.
- Customer Engagement: Provide a wonderful shopping experience, answer queries professionally, and build a loyal customer base.
Requirements:
- Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
- Job Type: Available for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles.
- Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in Malayalam and English is a must; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage).
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but freshers with a passion for perfumes are also welcome to apply.
- Attitude: Polite, energetic, well-groomed, and eager to learn about the fragrance industry.
