Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning

Lead installation and commissioning of solar panel cleaning robots at site

Ensure systems are installed as per drawings, SOPs, and safety standards
-
Conduct trial runs and handover to customers
Service & Maintenance
-
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of robotic systems

Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
-
Ensure maximum uptime of installed systems
Field Support & Troubleshooting
-
Handle complex service issues and root cause analysis
-
Support junior service engineers and technicians at site
-
Coordinate with R&D and Production for recurring issues and improvements
Customer Coordination
-
Communicate with customers regarding service schedules and issues
-
Provide technical guidance and training to customer personnel
-
Ensure timely closure of service calls
Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain service reports, logs, and maintenance records
-
Provide feedback to management on field performance and issues
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to site safety rules and company safety policies
