Front Office Receptionist
Location: Vasai, Maharastra.
Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
- Assist with travel bookings, accommodation, and meeting arrangements as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Perform data entry, filing, document management, and other clerical tasks.
- Support HR and Administration with day-to-day activities.
- Handle general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
