Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR coordination. The ideal candidate should be people-focused, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and closures
- Handle onboarding and documentation for new joiners
- Conduct induction and orientation sessions
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Manage confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities
- Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements and documentation
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and ensure regularisation
- Manage leave records and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with payroll team for accurate inputs
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed
- Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
- Maintain HR MIS reports and documentation
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns
- Support engagement activities and team initiatives
- Assist in performance management processes
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools (e.g., Zimyo or similar)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
