Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Visit customers regularly to promote industrial products such as safety equipment, hand tools, power tools, electrical items, lubricants, welding equipment, and pneumatic tools.
- Generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, plant heads, and decision-makers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and customer support teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma/B.Tech/Graduate in any discipline (Mechanical background preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales.
- Experience in selling industrial safety products, tools, electrical items, or engineering products is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of industrial areas in Gurugram, Manesar, Bawal, Bahadurgarh, and Delhi NCR.
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
