Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems and electrical equipment. The role is field-based and covers Amritsar and nearby areas. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and service UPS systems, batteries, and electrical equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
- Conduct load testing, battery testing, and fault diagnosis
- Provide on-site technical support and basic guidance to clients
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare reports
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
- Travel within assigned areas for service work
Required Qualifications and Skills
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical (mandatory)
- 2–3 years of experience in UPS, batteries, or electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel for field service
