Core Responsibilities
- Site Management: Overseeing daily site operations, including carpentry, electrical, painting, and finishing.
- Execution & Quality: Ensuring work is executed as per design specifications, drawings, and high-quality standards.
- Coordination: Managing subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure a smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
- Reporting: Preparing daily progress reports (DPRs) and updating project managers or clients on progress.
- Material Management: Managing site materials, inventory, and minimizing wastage.
- Safety Compliance: Enforcing site safety protocols and regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving on-site technical or logistics issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 1–2 years of experience in residential or commercial interior projects.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret design drawings (AutoCAD).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction processes.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Education: A diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering ITI is often preferred.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
