Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale construction and real estate projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects within stipulated timelines.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, project planning, execution, and team management skills, along with extensive experience in handling residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.
Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
Manage project contracts, vendor performance, and procurement coordination.
Ensure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance throughout project execution.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Lead and mentor project teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 18 years of experience in project management within Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors.
Proven experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or township projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, budgeting, and execution.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects under tight deadlines.
