About the Role
We are looking for a confident, people-first telephone sales professional to sell our legal technology software products. You will speak with potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them towards the right solution — without being pushy. If you know how to read a conversation, handle a 'not interested' without losing your confidence, and still hit your targets every month — this role is for you.
What You Will Do
Your Day-to-Day
- Call potential clients and explain our software products clearly
- Listen to what the client needs — then present the right solution
- Follow up consistently — no lead should go cold
- Handle objections calmly and guide clients to a decision
- Update all calls and conversations in our sales system daily
- Share weekly updates on your progress and expected closures
- Stay in touch post-sale to ensure clients are happy
What We Are Looking For
- 2-5 years in telephone or inside sales
- Min. 2 years selling software or tech products
- Experience selling to law firms or legal teams is a plus
- Excellent spoken English; Hindi is a bonus
- Confident, self-driven, target-oriented
- Resilient — a rejection does not ruin your next call
- Comfortable managing your own time and pipeline
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
