This is an analytical role focused on understanding and interpreting derivatives, primarily in futures markets. Analysts are trained to evaluate market information, identify patterns, and apply fundamental and quantitative techniques to provide analytical and objective output in the form of market insights, ideas and strategies.
The role blends structured learning with real-time practical application. From early on, analysts engage with live market dynamics, developing both technical expertise and the psychological discipline required to operate in fast-moving environments.
Training and development areas include:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of financial futures across major global exchanges.
- Monitor, interpret, and analyze market data, news, and economic indicators to assess market sentiment.
- Evaluate market trends using statistical and analytical tools, and develop, test, and refine strategies.
- Contribute to research and development of new ideas, strategies and technological solutions.
- Strong academic background with a completed graduate degree (mandatory)
- Preferred disciplines: Commerce, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
- No prior experience needed; fresh graduates with strong analytical ability and interest in financial markets are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced candidates interested in joining must demonstrate relevant exposure to derivatives markets and a proven track record.
