Creative Script Writer (Video Content)
NS Ventures is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Script Writer to develop engaging scripts for video content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills and experience writing scripts for promotional videos, brand films, social media content, and YouTube videos.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mohali, Punjab.
Key ResponsibilitiesScript Writing
- Write scripts for promotional videos, brand films, corporate videos, and project showcases.
- Develop engaging scripts for YouTube videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other social media content.
- Create compelling voice-over scripts, narrations, and video storytelling concepts.
- Write educational, explainer, testimonial, event, and campaign-based video scripts.
- Develop creative concepts that align with marketing objectives and brand identity.
Research & Content Planning
- Research project information, industry trends, competitor content, and target audiences.
- Gather accurate information from internal teams to support content development.
- Ensure all scripts are factually accurate, well-structured, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Storytelling & Content Development
- Create engaging narratives that communicate key messages effectively.
- Simplify complex information into clear and engaging video scripts.
- Maintain a professional and consistent brand voice across all content.
- Develop content that improves audience engagement and brand awareness.
Collaboration
- Work closely with content creators, video editors, designers, videographers, and marketing teams.
- Participate in content planning and creative discussions.
- Revise scripts based on internal feedback and project requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Strong storytelling and creative writing abilities.
- Experience writing video scripts and voice-over content.
- Good understanding of video structure, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Strong research, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Script Writing, Content Writing, Creative Writing, or Video Content Production.
- Experience creating content for industries such as Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, Hospitality, Interior Design, or related sectors is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of video production and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of YouTube content optimization and social media content strategy is an advantage.
